In-Foam Leak Repair

Your hot tub has a hidden leak that can’t be reached from the normal equipment panel. Fixing it requires our specialized In-Foam Leak Repair process:

• We lift and support the spa, fill it with water, and inspect from underneath
• The technician cuts through the factory foam insulation to locate and repair the leak(s)
• Repairs are made and the foam is reinstalled

Important things to know:

• Only available for hot tubs under 10 years old
• Because the leak is hidden, the full scope (and final cost) can’t be known until we start
• It’s common for a new leak to appear later (due to age, freeze damage, or chemical wear), requiring another full repair under a new contract
• Current service backlog is 4–6 months — it may be several months before we can even begin

To get you soaking again faster and avoid repeated costly repairs, we strongly recommend trading in your hot tub for a new one.
