Capital Hot Tubs

I have had my Grandee Hot Springs hot tub for 14 years and it works perfectly. Over the years I had two minor problems that were both fixed in about an hour by Capital Hot Tubs technicians. I keep the chemicals balanced, clean filters on a regular basis, and change the water 2 – 3 times a year. We use the tub every month of the year, my kids and families use it often, and I totally recommend the company and the Hot Springs brand.

We did a fair bit of research about products and companies before settling on Capital Hot Tubs & Saunas. While there are certainly cheaper products and cheaper sellers, we were looking for professionals, and we found them here at Capital. Everyone weve worked with – the owner, our salesman, the customer service rep, the installers – has been knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. As business owners ourselves, we can appreciate how doing all that isnt always easy, and we were impressed. But now were just looking forward to years of fun with our new hot tub and sauna!

I am extremely happy with my new hot tub and want to say that John and Joe both could not have been nicer and more professional, a truly great experience. John was always there with a smile and great demeanor answering my questions and guiding me thru the process and Joe tackled my interesting install with years of experience and completed the job to my satisfaction.
