These folks have serviced our Hot Springs Sovereign LE spa since we installed it in 2003. They've replaced the cover twice, the heater, the ozonator and several of the jets. The spa looks and works like new after nearly 20 years. Good value for money as well. They tracked our latest cover replacement through 6 months of Covid supply chain problems and we never had to prompt them.

Capital Hot Tubs did a great job. We purchased a swim spa, which is quite large. It was delivered all the way to WV with no problem and the cover installed and we were given instructions on setting up. Thanks! We are loving it!
