Our Return & Cancellation Policy

For products that need to be ordered and/or big ticket items, (i.e. hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, hot tub covers, non-HotSpring parts, or any item that we do not normally have in stock):

If a deposit is given, the consumer has 3 days to cancel this order and get deposit returned. A cancellation must be made to our administrative office by a phone call and in writing (email or letter). The consumer must get an acknowledgement of the cancellation (do not leave a voicemail). We will refund the deposit the in the same manner as it was received (check or credit card). No refunds after the 3 days. The consumer may, if they wish, use that deposit towards another product that we sell. If a consumer is unable to take delivery of the product that we have ordered for them, they will incur a restocking fee to have the item returned to the vendor.
